An air attack by LTTE!
Today morning LTTE struck a SriLankan air base using a light aircraft. This is probably another first from this organisation, after all, they were the first to introduce military style regimen for their cadres and first to introduce suicide bombers to the world. They actually have a fully functional armed forces of their own – covering land, air and the sea.
Imagine secessionist forces in Kashmir using light aircrafts to target people. It is a scary picture indeed, if militant organisations acquire air power, the whole dynamics of unrest in various parts of the world would change dramatically. It really is a murky world – that of arms trade. Who supplies them all this? How do they manage to ship it? Where does all this money come from?
